Increased Virginia 70 MPH Speed Limit Could Be Trap to Criminal Reckless Driving Charges for Motorists

A new law goes into effect today, July 1, 2010, that increases the speed limit in certain parts of Virginia to 70 mph. Although some may be pleased with this action, what many motorists may not realize is that Virginia Code Section 46.2.862 remains unchanged.
