Increasing Customer Value Key to No. 61 Ranking for Recruiting Software Leader
(PRWEB) June 29, 2010 -- MaxHire Solutions Inc., the global leader in connected front-office recruiting software, today announced that it has been named No. 61 among the PROFIT 100, the annual ranking of Canada’s Fastest-Growing Companies.
The rankings, compiled and released by PROFIT magazine, are based on percentage revenue growth from 2004 to 2009. MaxHire’s revenue rose 1,013 percent in the five-year period.
“Our success results from a lot of patience and hard work, continually working to increase value for our customers,” said MaxHire President Peter Blitz.
More specifically, MaxHire’s solid commitment to substantial and ongoing investments in customer service and technology has been crucial to retaining customers and the success of its recurring-revenue business model.
“The amount of time and money we invest in our customers is the key to our near-perfect customer retention and what really sets us apart from our competitors,” Blitz said. “Last year, we invested over $2 million in new, built-in sourcing tools that help our customers get a competitive edge. And we did that without raising prices.”
This fall, MaxHire will unveil a host of new connected features, including built-in Hoovers, built-in LinkedIn searching and VMS integration.
MaxHire’s front office recruiting software integrates myriad important staffing and applicant tracking tools, such as Outlook, social networks, job boards, mobile devices, VMS systems and back-office programs, with Internet search capabilities built in. MaxHire software is in use by more than 1,200 recruiting and staffing firms in 25 countries.
In releasing its 22nd annual ranking, PROFIT magazine said, “Whether you’re just getting your entrepreneurial feet wet or have been running a company for years, our stories about Canada’s rising business stars and their effective management practices will give you the tools and inspiration to grow your own enterprise.”
Vancouver-based MaxHire has been among the 25 fastest-growing companies in British Columbia the previous two years. This is its first time on the national list.
