SRC to extend deployment of digital dictation at Browne Jacobson LLP. The solution will evolve the dictation and typing workflow. SRC will also deliver BlackBerry dictation capability to over 200 fee earners.
London (PRWEB) June 28, 2010 -- SRC today confirmed that top 100 UK law firm, Browne Jacobson will be extending its contract with SRC and expanding the deployment of WinScribe digital dictation throughout the firm.
Peter Birley, Director of IT at Browne Jacobson said: “Digital dictation is a business critical system for us, controlling and managing thousands of documents every month. It is important that we have a solution that integrates with our other systems and technologies to give us flexibility, improved processes and to deliver major time savings. We’re now looking to evolve the dictation and typing workflow with SRC.”
In addition to extending the digital dictation deployment, Browne Jacobson will be rolling out the WinScribe BlackBerry dictation solution to more than 200 users. Rather than carrying another device, fee earners can record using an easy to use application on the BlackBerry and instantly transfer dictations into the workflow for typing and completion.
Peter Birley added: “Ensuring users remain productive is a priority. The BlackBerry solution provides full functionality to capture dictations and also review progress. Being able to dictate remotely and then have documents ready for approval and sending, even when the fee earner is out of the office, means we can offer our clients a very prompt and efficient service.”
Chris Hart, CEO at SRC added: “The legal market is an extremely important sector for SRC and we are pleased to be Browne Jacobson’s first choice. We look forward to continuing our work with this important customer and helping them use WinScribe to deliver further benefits for individuals and the firm.”
WinScribe version 4 will be deployed at Browne Jacobson, for full information about the solution visit www.src.co.uk.
