Hollingsworth Law Firm names attorney Michael F. Kelly a partner of the Tucson personal injury law firm.

Tucson, AZ (PRWEB) March 31, 2010 -- Hollingsworth Law Firm announced that Michael F. Kelly has been made a partner of the Tucson Arizona firm. Mr. Kelly focuses his law practice in personal injury, wrongful death, and medical malpractice litigation.

A native of Tucson, Mr. Kelly graduated magna cum laude from the University of Arizona College of Business. He earned his juris doctor from the University of Arizona James E. Rogers College of Law in 2004. He is a member of the State Bar of Arizona, State Bar of California, and the Pima County Bar Association. Before joining the Hollingsworth Law Firm in 2009, Mr. Kelly was a prosecutor for the Pima County Attorney's Office.

Effective March 31, 2010, the firm will change its name to Hollingsworth Kelly, P.L.L.C. Louis Hollingsworth will continue as managing partner of the firm.

Hollingsworth also announced that the Honorable John F. Kelly, Ret., has joined the firm as Of Counsel. Judge Kelly served on the Pima County Superior Court Bench from 1988 until he retired in December 2009. Judge Kelly served on the Juvenile, Civil, Criminal, and Family Law Benches. He was an Assistant Attorney General for 10 years before serving on the Bench.
