Mr. Rosen’s practice focuses in the areas of business transactions, government law, commercial real estate and corporate matters. His practice includes advising corporate clients on business formation, governance, contract negotiations, securities matters and a variety of transactional and general corporate issues. Also, his corporate practice includes mergers and acquisitions involving various types of business entities.
Mr. Rosen has experience in advising underwriters, municipalities, and other state and local entities on the authorization, issuance, and sale of municipal securities. His experience in municipal finance includes serving as bond counsel, underwriter's counsel, and performing securities work in connection with several types of municipal securities transactions.
