St. Hilaire served as the former chief prosecutor and senior law enforcement in northwestern New Hampshire, having been elected four consecutive terms as Grafton County Attorney. He retired in October 2009 after 15 years as a prosecuting attorney. St. Hilaire was honored last fall by Governor John Lynch, the NH State Senate, and the NH House of Representatives for his many successful accomplishments in the criminal justice system.
