Nationally Recognized Business Coach And Author To Deliver Rutgers School Of Business Lecture On How To Achieve Excellence In Sales

Nationally recognized business coach and speaker Joseph Rosales, author of the book Customer Service is a Contact Sport, will discuss “Achieving Sales and Service Excellence in Your Business” during a Rutgers School of Business–Camden event on Tuesday, May 11.

Camden (PRWEB) May 3, 2010 -- Nationally recognized business coach and speaker Joseph Rosales, author of the book Customer Service is a Contact Sport, will discuss “Achieving Sales and Service Excellence in Your Business” during a Rutgers School of Business–Camden event on Tuesday, May 11.

Sponsored by the Rutgers Family Business Institute at the Rutgers–Camden business school, the special seminar will help managers, leaders, entrepreneurs, and business professionals identify how to attract new customers to their businesses; improve their sales presentations without pressure; and generate more sales revenues.

Rosales’ company,The Sales and Service Coach, is based in Medford and helps businesses increase sales and improve service irrespective of the types of products and services they offer. His book, Customer Service is a Contact Sport (Insight Publishing), is widely utilized among sales professionals.

The Rutgers event will be held at the Enterprise Center at Burlington County College on Route 38 North in Mount Laurel from 8 to 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. on May 11.
