“I am thrilled to join Constangy, one of the leading management-side labor and employment firms in the country,” says Bernstein. “Its platform, with many offices around the country, is ideally suited to serve my clients, including here in the Midwest as well as in the Northeast where we continue to expand.”

Edwin C. Ernst IV, formerly with Thompson Coburn, LLP, is joining Mr. Bernstein in starting up the St. Louis office. Constangy, which added offices in Greenville, S.C., and Milwaukee, Wis., in 2008, expanded to the Northeast with a Boston office in 2009. The firm continues to explore additional opportunities for growth in 2010 and beyond.
