For the months of November & December, one canned item for each apartment rented was donated to St. Mary's, a local food bank in Phoenix. This resulted in over 12 cases of canned items donated! Although this may not seem like much, the belief is every little bit helps! The Sinmar Realty,llc team wanted to come up with a plan to help the people of Haiti after watching the news and feeling a bit helpless. For the month of January, they will be donating $5 per visitor, looking for a place to live, at their Phoenix office, to the American Red Cross. The idea is to help contribute to an unforeseen tragedy and give the team a sense they are giving to a cause in an economy where one may not be able to donate as much as one would like.
