Stephen R. Guth, Esq. is the Vice President of Vendor and Legal Services at the National Rural Electric Cooperative Association headquartered in Arlington, Virginia. He has provided negotiation services, as both a buyer and seller, to numerous multi-national companies. Guth is a graduate of the University of Miami School of Law and is a summa cum laude graduate of Saint Leo University. He is a Certified Commercial Contract Manager, Certified Purchasing Manager, and Certified Technology Procurement Executive. Guth also teaches procurement-related courses as an adjunct professor with the University of Maryland University College’s Graduate School of Management and Technology. He has served on the Professional Standards and Ethics Committee of the National Contract Management Association Board of Directors and was named as the Association for Technology Procurement Professional’s Member of the Year.
