Pittsburgh Immigration Lawyers Goldstein & Associates Move Office to 1125 Penn Avenue, Provide Investor Client Offices and Retail Space

Goldstein & Associates, a Pittsburgh immigration and business law firm, has acquired a multi-use property at 1125 Penn Avenue. The firm has relocated its offices to the new location, and rents additional office suites to overseas companies that operate under an E1/E2 Treaty Trader/Investor Visa. Future plans include retail tenants at street level.

Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania (Lexis Nexis/PRWEB ) November 17, 2009 -- Immigration and business lawyers Goldstein & Associates have moved from their former rented office on Grant Street into a building the firm has purchased at 1125 Penn Avenue. The attorneys' offices are on the third floor, while the upper floors are rented to the firm's overseas business clients. Founding partner Mark Goldstein said, "After almost 20 years of law practice here in Pittsburgh, we felt it was time to put down roots in the community."

Goldstein & Associates assist overseas companies in securing E1/E2 treaty trader/investor visas, which allow nonimmigrant entrepreneurs to conduct business in the U.S. "We are thrilled that we can now provide offices to our clients directly, giving them an extra level of support in launching their new ventures," Goldstein said. Business operations manager David Kim added, "Our law firm also provides business law consulting, so our clients can have a one-stop legal experience--from their visa application process to their first efforts to open a corporate bank account." The firm's clients are typically involved in importing and exporting, and their industries range from biotech engineering to information technology.

The legal team at Goldstein and Associates also plans to develop retail space on the ground floor of their Penn Avenue building. "A commuter coffee shop would be ideal for this location, since we are near the bus and train stations," Goldstein explained. He also said that a Korean restaurant would likely be attractive to his firm's clients, many of whom are Asian. The attorney concluded, "In addition to providing a greater level of service to our international business clients, we are thrilled to be helping revitalize downtown Pittsburgh through our investment in this location."
