Zrii Sues Former Executive Management Team and Independent Executives

Zrii, LLC has filed lawsuits against the former executive management team, employees, and some of its former Independent Executives for allegedly plotting an unlawful scheme to take control of the company.

Draper, UT (PRWEB) March 6, 2009 -- Zrii, LLC announced today that on February 16, 2009, Zrii, LLC filed lawsuits against its former executive management team, certain employees, and former Independent Executives (IEs), some of which include management members: Kirby Zenger, Curtis Call, Clint McKinlay, and others; along with several former IEs including, Jason Domingo, Keith Fitzgerald, Tyler Daniels, and Marcell Niederhauser. Zrii's complaints were filed with the Court of Chancery of the State of Delaware (CA No. 4374-VCP), the Third Judicial District Court in Salt Lake City, Utah (CA No. 090903383), and with the United States District Court in the Southern District of California (Ref. No. 09 CV 0405 L). These legal actions contain complaints for allegedly plotting a scheme to take control of the company through illegal and deceptive means.

Some of the complaints filed allege:
A. Unlawful solicitation to move IE's to another network marketing company.
B. Attempting to sabotage the computer network system to prevent Zrii from normal business activity.
C. Threatening to destroy Zrii if Mr. Farley did not resign.
D. Causing certain employees of Zrii to resign.
E. Taking and retention of Zrii property.
F. Interfering with the economic and contractual relations of Zrii with its IE's, employees, and others.
