Free cab rides home in Colorado Springs this St. Patrick's Day
Colorado Springs, CO (PRWEB) March 9, 2009 -- McDivitt Law Firm will provide the Safe and Sober Free Cab Ride Home program during St. Patrick's Day for those who have been drinking or who don't feel they have a safe way to get home. 
"The goal of our program is to deter drunk driving by making it as easy as possible for people who have ANY alcohol to obtain a safe ride home," Mike McDivitt, Attorney and Founder of McDivitt Injury Lawyers.
The Safe and Sober Free Cab Ride Home program will be available from 7 p.m. on Tuesday, March 17, through 3 a.m. on Wednesday, March 18, 2009.
To request a free cab ride home within Colorado Springs city limits, call Yellow Cab of Colorado Springs at (719) 777-7777 and tell them the ride is on McDivitt Law Firm.
Free cab rides are provided to an individual's residence--not to other drinking locations. Due to the high number of ride requests on St. Patrick's Day, rides cannot be guaranteed for everyone who calls; however, every attempt will be made to accommodate everyone who requests a ride home.
In addition to offering Safe and Sober, McDivitt Law Firm is currently hosting a video PSA contest for local high school students. The contest asks teens to create PSAs that focus on the dangers of underage drinking and driving. The winner will receive a Mac laptop computer, and his or her entry will air on television throughout the summer.
