London, United Kingdom (PRWEB) March 9, 2009 -- iEnterprises (http://www.ienterprises.eu) today launched iComply, a Lotus Domino email archiving and compliance software solution. iComply helps companies more efficiently capture and store Lotus Notes email for improved compliance with government regulations, corporate policy and electronic discovery (e-discovery). The software is offered with a Lotus Notes interface or a Web- based interface, depending on users' preferences.
"We heavily rely on email for doing business, but without a systematic email archiving process and safeguard to meet the growing number of government regulations, companies are vulnerable to legal and financial risk," said Mark Creasey, managing director of iEnterprises Europe. "iComply helps companies with Lotus Notes take control of their email archiving and deletions in a secure, centralised and hassle free way. They can then focus on growing their core business."
Highly scalable and easy to install, iComply automatically captures and stores each email sent through the Domino mail system in a secure, feature-rich repository. Users can easily conduct searches of the corporate email store, saving their queries for rerun any time they are needed. Network administrators can quickly establish rules and policies to send automatic alerts when a non compliant message is sent, or trigger a workflow when messages that require additional review are sent.
iComply has the option of creating contact records as messages are received or sent and then associating full threads of communications with them, giving users a complete contact interaction history with just one click. Even document attachments are fully supported, and can be stored with or without the accompanying email message in a searchable attachment repository.
Perhaps even more important than storing email messages in the corporate email store is how they are removed after a period of time. iComply is equipped with a rules based mechanism to automatically remove or archive messages once a designated time period has passed. The rules based archiving and removal can be completely configured by the System Administrator to ensure that information is being kept for the appropriate period of time.
The following are a subset of regulations that iComply can help companies adhere to: FRCP, NASD 3010, SEC 17a-4, NASD Notice to Members 03-33, NYSE Info. Memo 03-07 , DoD 5015.2-STD , HIPAA , 21 CFR Part 11 , Sarbanes- Oxley, Canada Universal Market Integrity Rules , UK Data Protection and Freedom of Information Act, France Conseil des Marches Financiers' Decision 99-05.
