Global Business Law Firm Lovaas & Lehtinen, P.C. will host the LawPact Fall Conference in 2010 in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Lehtinen is a member of both the International and Business Law Sections of the ABA including: Business and Corporate Litigation, Business Courts, Corporate Counseling and Litigation, International Litigation, and Partnerships and Alternative Business Entities; and also a member of the Clark County Bar and Sin City Chamber of Commerce. Lehtinen was the U.S.-Canada panelist on the American Bar Association Business Law Conference Cross-Border Negotiations panel presentation in 2009. Lehtinen was joined on that panel by legal counsel from Southeast Asia, Latin America and Europe. Lehtinen was recently unanimously voted to serve on the University of Nevada, Las Vegas Libraries Board of Advisors.

Aaron Lovaas is a Las Vegas native, having earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, in 1992. Lovaas obtained his Juris Doctorate, cum laude, from the Seattle University School of Law in 1995, followed by his Master's in Business Administration from UNLV in 2002. Lovaas was admitted to practice before the state and federal courts of Nevada in 1995 and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit in 2000. Lovaas received his Diploma in Trial Advocacy Skills from the National Institute for Trial Advocacy in 2002 and practices primarily in the areas of business related litigation, including representation of lenders, construction companies and contractors, and business owners. Kristan E. Lehtinen is a business law attorney and litigator with substantial experience representing local, national, and international clients, business owners and corporate executives across the business spectrum.
