Employment Attorney Anthony B. Daye Joins Klinedinst

Anthony B. Daye, award-winning employment attorney and former USC Trojan, has joined California-based Klinedinst PC. Mr. Daye, who is an accomplished speaker and author on a variety of employment law subjects, will be working out of two of the firm's offices.

San Diego, CA (PRWEB) June 9, 2010 -- Klinedinst PC is pleased to announce that employment attorney Anthony B. Daye has joined the firm. Mr. Daye will be working out of both Orange County and Los Angeles offices.

Mr. Daye possesses a wide range of experience handling employment and labor issues. As part of his practice, he has represented clients in cases involving age discrimination, sexual harassment, trade secret litigation, and corporate raiding. Aside from litigation, he regularly assists clients with employment counseling, employee training, policy design and review. A recognized speaker and author, Mr. Daye previously helped develop bi-monthly seminars on employment topics, and continues to write articles on cutting-edge employment law issues.

With his addition, Mr. Daye is returning back to his Southern California roots. Previously, he practiced employment law for the last two years in Northern California. In recognition of his work, Anthony was named a Rising Star in the 2009 edition of Northern California Super Lawyers®. Recognized annually by Law & Politics Magazine, Rising Stars are the very top lawyers who are under 40 years of age, or who have been in practice for 10 years or less. Fewer than 5% of all practicing attorneys ever make it into any of the Super Lawyers publications.

"Anthony brings an incredible breadth of knowledge and experience in employment law to our Los Angeles office," noted Robert J. Hatem, managing shareholder of the Los Angeles office. "Anthony is an incredibly skilled attorney, both inside and outside the courtroom. Yet, he has an innate ability to boil down complex employment topics in easy-to-understand terms. He is a true asset to our corporate clients."

Mr. Daye remains active in the community. This past year, he served as a Board member of the Sacramento County Bar Association's Barristers Club. He has also spent time as a high school Moot Court Attorney Coach, and volunteering with CORO Center for Civic Leadership / American Leadership Forum Emerging Leaders Program before relocating to Southern California.

Mr. Daye is a graduate of University of San Francisco School of Law, where he worked in the school's Mediation Clinic. He received his undergraduate degree in Political Science from the University of Southern California, where he played as Defensive End and Linebacker for the legendary USC Trojans. He remains active within the Trojan Football Alumni Club.

"It's easy to see why he has found success at a relatively early age," added John Klinedinst, CEO of Klinedinst PC. "Anthony's passion for the practice, his charisma, and his stellar track record have helped him stand apart in a crowded playing field. On behalf of the shareholders of the firm, we are pleased to welcome Anthony to the firm."
