Danville, VA (PRWEB) June 17, 2010 -- Today EcomNets closes on the EDS building, last April EcomNets made a landmark announcement concerning the creation of 160 jobs over a 3 year period in the City of Danville. The purchase of the facility is the first step in the process.

EcomNets headquartered in Herndon, VA is a Green IT Solutions Provider and creator of the Verdio Green PC. The old EDS building will become the EcomNets Green Technology Center where they will manufacture the Verdio line of products. In addition to manufacturing, they plan to have a hosting environment for their Cloud Services for small businesses.

“When we initially looked at the EDS Building, we saw the potential immediately. It is perfect for Verdio operations, call center operations, and a hosting center for our Cloud solutions,” said Raj Kosuri CEO. They plan to start hiring the sales force for the Danville office immediately.
