NRG Resources, Inc. Files Multi-Million Dollar Lawsuit Against Attorney Anthony Tuan Nguyen and Michael Mai for Defamation and Intentional Interference

California based, NRG Resources, Inc. sues lawyer Tuan Nguyen and Michael Mai for embarking on a calculated campaign to defame and interfere in NRG's business and shareholder relations, domestically and abroad. Nguyen and Mai are sued for Libel and Slander, unfair competition, and conspiracy. Nguyen is also sued for breach of fiduciary duty.

Irvine, California (PRWEB) May 17, 2010 -- NRG Resources, Inc. announced today the filing of a lawsuit in Orange County, California in the Superior Court for the State of California against Michael Mai, and Tuan aka “Anthony” aka “Tony” Nguyen, an attorney and CPA.

This suit is about seeking redress for Tuan Anthony Nguyen’s and Michael Mai’s calculated efforts to defame NRG and destroy its business.

The suit alleges that Anthony Tuan Nguyen and Michael Mai, in collaboration with other parties, interfered with NRG’s contracts and business relationships, embarked on a calculated campaign to defame the Company and its directors, officers, and consultants. The complaint outlines allegations that Tuan Anthony Nguyen and Michael Mai are liable for permanently and intentionally damaging NRG’s contract for supply of lubrication products to Vietnam in excess of $120 Million USD, as well as numerous other business relationships.
