Additions Part of Next Generation of Formerly Named Krass Monroe
(PRWEB) May 10, 2010 -- Minneapolis law firm Monroe Moxness Berg (http://www.krassmonroe.com/), renamed from Krass Monroe, today announced the addition of Richard (Rick) Gibson and Jodi Johnson as shareholders.
Gibson (http://www.krassmonroe.com/our_people/gibson.htm), who had been with the firm from 1993 to 2007, and was most recently at Leonard Street and Deinard, is returning to Monroe Moxness Berg, where he will practice in the areas of business transactions and tax.
Also a Certified Public Accountant, Gibson started his career at Pricewaterhouse- Coopers, and is a frequent Continuing Legal Education speaker and author of numerous contributed articles. He has been recognized as a Super Lawyer® by Minnesota Law & Politics, and as one of the Top 100 Legal Eagles for the franchise industry by Franchise Times. Gibson is a member of the American, Minnesota and Hennepin County Bar Associations; he earned his bachelor’s degree in finance from Arizona State University and his Juris Doctorate from the University of Minnesota. He is admitted to practice law in Minnesota.

Johnson practices in the areas of labor and employment, real estate, and general corporate law. On multiple occasions, she has been named a Rising Star by Minnesota Law & Politics. Johnson earned her B.A. in finance from St. Cloud State University, Minn., and her Juris Doctorate, magna cum laude, from William Mitchell College of Law. She is a member of Minnesota Women Lawyers and the Minnesota State Bar Association and speaks and writes frequently on labor and employment law topics.
