One page on the site relates the poignant story of Jimmy Robinson, a young man Brett met in 1977. Brett successfully defended Jimmy’s mother after she shot her abusive, alcoholic husband. A year later, Jimmy was killed by a drunk driver at the age of 16. The Web site is dedicated to Jimmy's memory.

"Drunk driving is, unfortunately, a deep-rooted aspect of our society,” Brett says. “We probably can’t end drunk driving, but we hope we can educate some people about it, and we absolutely will stand up for those harmed by drunk drivers. That's why our site says, 'We sue drunk drivers.'"
