K. Hovnanian Homes of Arizona announces a new division president for its Phoenix division, John Michell. With more than 20 years of homebuilding, land acquisition and land development experience, Michell will be overseeing all Phoenix-area operations for the builder.

Overseeing all operations throughout the Phoenix area, Michell brings more than 20 years of homebuilding, land acquisition and land development experience to his new role.

As Division President, Michell will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the Phoenix division, overseeing all land acquisition and development, continuing the builder’s customer satisfaction initiatives and focusing on the division’s continued financial growth.

Prior to joining K. Hovnanian Homes, Michell provided leadership for one of the top five national homebuilders in the Phoenix market as well as northern Nevada. A graduate of California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, CA, Michell has served on the Board of Directors for the Homebuilders Association of Central Arizona and is currently on the Board of Regents for Brophy College Preparatory.
