Hilarie Bass, Global Operating Shareholder at Greenberg Traurig LLP and the Chair-Elect, of the American Bar Association (ABA) Section of Litigation, will present at the ABA's Fourth Annual Women in Leadership Law (WILL) Conference in Philadelphia on Thursday, April 29.
Philadelphia, PA (Vocus/PRWEB ) April 29, 2010 -- Hilarie Bass, Global Operating Shareholder at Greenberg Traurig LLP and the Chair-Elect, of the American Bar Association (ABA) Section of Litigation, will present at the ABA's Fourth Annual Women in Leadership Law (WILL) Conference in Philadelphia on Thursday, April 29. She will participate in the panel discussion "Navigating to Partnership, Rainmaking, and Succession Planning." Bass currently serves as the head of Greenberg Traurig's firm wide women's initiative program.

The WILL conference is targeted at women attorneys who are focused on honing their business development skills. Bass's panel includes other distinguished women attorneys and the general counsel of Harley-Davidson, Inc.. The group will provide tips on how to achieve partnership at a law firm, how to make a successful transition from associate to partner, and how to provide better client service. The goals of this program will be to provide practical advice for associates looking to climb the ladder at their law firms.
Bass is based in the firm's Miami office. She currently serves as the firm's Global Operating Shareholder and on the firm's Executive Committee. Bass recently completed an eight-year term as the national chair of the 500-member litigation department.
