Zivolich Receives Leadership Award for the Inclusion of Persons with Disabilities

The California chapter of TASH (The Association for Persons with Severe Handicaps) honored Steve Zivolich, executive director of Integrated Resources Institute, with the 2010 Leadership Inclusion Award. The award ceremony took place as part of the 28th Annual California TASH conference, held in San Francisco on March 5-6, 2010. The conference is regarded as a foremost meeting place for the leading professionals and consumers in the areas of school, community and work inclusion of persons with the most significant disabilities. The special inclusion leadership award is presented in the memorial honor of Bill Rosenberg, an early and important advocate for community work inclusion of persons with disabilities.

Dr. Jan Weiner, an IRI board of director and Joseph Nacario the IRI program director, co-presented on the same topic of work inclusion for person with disabilities.
