The survey, released on March 21 and conducted by Workplace Dynamics, polled employees about various workplace issues, including confidence with senior management, work/life balance, career development and values and ethics. To participate, 30 percent of the company's workforce needed to respond to the survey; 75% of Volpe and Koenig's 115 employees responded. In total, 170 companies with a combined 131,384 employees were surveyed. 100 companies made the list.
