The complaint alleges that Global Cash Access has unlawfully maintained its monopoly in the gaming market by engaging in conduct that has hurt casino operators, casino customers, and a new competitive entrant, Sightline Payments.
Las Vegas, NV (PRWEB) March 23, 2010 -- Sightline Payments announced today that it has filed an antitrust complaint against Global Cash Access (“GCA”) in U.S. District Court for the District of Nevada under Sections 1 and 2 of the Sherman Antitrust Act and Section 7 of the Clayton Act.
