Graham Busby joins Elix-IRR with many years of sourcing experience behind him. In a recent role he was a member of Accenture’s 10-person Mega-Deal team, who led all outsourcing sales in Accenture worth over $500m. This spanned all industries, geographies and functions.
Graham’s expertise lie in creating transformational propositions for his clients, which are focused not only on cost-savings but on empowering the front-line business. Key to this is tying sourcing strategies to business and operational strategies. This means that he is able to ensure his clients' future business visions are not only achievable, but are fundamentally value-creating. His background consists of technology consulting, strategy consulting and outsourcing sales, giving him the perfect skill-set to add to Elix-IRR’s offering.
