CCC continues commitment to Service EXcellence™ with Avaya services co-delivery

CCC Technologies was one of the first participants in the JSD Authorization program at it’s inception by Avaya in September of 2007. The program allows certified Avaya Certified Connect Partners (CCC Technologies is both a Gold and Small & Medium Enterprise Connect Partner) that provide their own managed services portfolios to become certified to provide Tier I and Tier II Software Support in accordance with Avaya’s post-warranty support model.

Avaya's JSD Authorization program aligns with SLA's we already have in place and continues to provide us an additional differentiator in the marketplace.

JSD Authorization also allows CCC direct access to the award winning Backbone support team from Avaya. Working with JSD Authorized partners offers customers one number to call and prevents delays experienced by non-credentialed partners.

Achievment and maintenance of Product Authorization for all applicable and supported software Successful completion of a Service Desk Assessment by Avaya (renewed every 24 months) Have at least on Avaya Certified Specialist (ACS) recognized engineer for each product supported
