Taking on the big banks spurs growth at United Law Group. Actively seeking an additional 30-40 employees, the Irvine-based law firm heeds President Barack Obama’s call to increase jobs while making a difference to homeowners in distress.

Irvine, CA (Vocus/PRWEB ) February 3, 2010 -- Just under a year ago, United Law Group increased its staff by 30 to employ over 100 people. Today the firm is hiring another 30-40, this time to support its efforts to take on the big banks that have allegedly victimized homeowners by failing to honor government mandates.

Small businesses like United Law Group employ about half of all American workers. While many businesses across the country have scaled back during these challenging economic times, this Irvine, CA firm is creating new opportunities for the people of Orange County, CA and the people of the country at large.

“We’re helping the local economy by putting people to work and helping the national economy by getting the big banks to do right by homeowners across the nation,” said United Law Group Managing Director Robert Buscho. “Since its inception our firm has had one goal: to help honest families. We need additional employees to help as we prepare to take on the banks on behalf of the people who have been victimized by the unfair and often illegal practices of the financial institutions.”

United Law Group pursues legal channels to help distressed families to get relief. Offering a full range of legal services, the firm helps families to fight for their rights against bankers with deeper pockets and a slew of high-powered attorneys. Currently United Law Group attorneys are working around the clock to prepare the documents for a series of class action law suits against major lenders who have allegedly failed to help troubled homeowners.

“President Barack Obama gave money to the banks with a mandate to help distressed homeowners,” said Buscho. “As of December, it was reported that lenders had helped only 31,000 people – that’s less than one percent of the 4,000,000 people they were directed to help under the government’s mortgage relief plan.”

The firm’s growth comes at a time when President Barack Obama is encouraging small businesses to take advantage of government stimulus dollars to grow their businesses. Though United Law Group is not using any of the money made available by the government, the firm anticipates hiring 30-40 people in the next three months and an additional 20 by the end of the year.

“The media has set their sites on the wrong target,” said Buscho. “They’ve been all over the President for what happened with the Missouri Bridge project. What they really should focus on is finding out what our ‘trusted’ financial institutions have done with the stimulus dollars they were given to help the American public.”

United Law Group has successfully litigated against banks and servicers on behalf of countless homeowners in crisis. The firm also represents consumers in cases involving debt settlement, IRS settlement, auto loan payment relief, breaches of contract and violations of state and federal laws. They have several class action lawsuits pending against major lenders.
