Law Offices of James Scott Farrin Joins Haitian Relief Effort

With the support of its employees and staff, the Law Offices of James Scott Farrin has taken up a donation for the cause. Keeping with its principle of giving back to the community, the firm has collected funds – as well as select medical and infant supplies – for Family Health Ministries, a North Carolina relief agency based in Durham.

Durham, NC (PRWEB) February 5, 2010 -- People the world over have been moved by the touching images of the Haitian people’s struggle following the devastating earthquake in Port-au-Prince on Jan 12. The employees of the Law Offices of James Scott Farrin are no exception.

With the support of its employees and staff, the firm has taken up a donation for the cause. Keeping with its principle of giving back to the community, the firm has collected funds – as well as select medical and infant supplies – for Family Health Ministries, a North Carolina relief agency based in Durham.

Family Health Ministries is a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing medical, educational and other services to underserved populations in culturally-relevant ways. It manages three medical clinics in Haiti located in Blanchard, Leogane and Fondwa. Blanchard and Leogane are located directly outside of Port-au-Prince.

The Law Offices of James Scott Farrin matched all monetary donations made by its employees.
