San Francisco, CA (Vocus/PRWEB ) January 28, 2010 -- Workshare, a long-time leader working with the legal industry's Entrusted Content™, announced today that it has appointed Anton Papp as Vice President, Business Development. Papp brings extensive experience in investment banking in the software and services industries. He will be responsible for enhancing Workshare’s business partnerships and strategic relationships.
Papp’s previous position was as a principal at Pagemill Partners, a premier investment bank, where he oversaw over 30 public, private and cross-border transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, equity financings, and follow on and initial public offerings. His experience executing software technology business deals started in his earlier positions with Montgomery & Co. and Robertson Stephens.
"Anton’s broad experience in investment banking and technology business relationships will make him an outstanding member of Workshare’s team. He will help ensure that our strategic business relationships continue to grow as we deliver competitive solutions to our legal industry customers,” said Alan Fraser, chief executive officer of Workshare.

Papp holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from Boston University and an MBA in finance from Columbia Business School. In addition, he served in the U.S. Navy as an F-14 Naval Aviator for more than eight years and is a graduate of the Navy Fighter Weapons School.
