The International Tenant Representative Alliance Announces 2010 Board

The International Tenant Representative Alliance (ITRA), elected its Board of Directors for 2010 during its recent Global Conference held in Boston, MA.

Park Ridge, IL (PRWEB) December 18, 2009 -- ITRA is the largest commercial real estate organization devoted exclusively to representing corporate tenants and buyers. With services across the Americas, Europe, Asia and the Pacific Rim, ITRA is active in more than 70 U.S. and overseas markets.

Debra Stracke Anderson, CCIM, SIOR, whose firm, Sloan Street Advisors, Inc. / ITRA, represents the organization in metropolitan Washington, D.C., has been elected Chairman of the Board of Directors. Ms. Anderson has been a member of the ITRA Board of Directors since 2004, most recently serving as Board Secretary, and also served as chair of the Conference Program Committee from 2005 to 2009. Earlier this year, ITRA presented her with the 2009 Exemplary Service Award, highlighting outstanding leadership and contributions to the organization. Her election to Chairman of the Board marks the first time a woman has held the seat.

Ross Selinger, Founder and President of ITRA / Selinger Enterprises, Inc., ITRA’s representative in Long Island, NY, was re-elected to Vice Chairman of the Board, a position he has held since 2002. In addition to serving on the ITRA Board of Directors, Mr. Selinger is chair of the ITRA Newsletter Committee, board liason to the ITRA Marketing Committee and recipient of ITRA’s Altruism Award in 2000 for his work in organizing regional alliances.

Stuart Holcombe, CCIM, President and CEO of ITRA / Corporate Real Estate Advisors, Atlanta, GA, has been elected to the office of Treasurer. Mr. Holcombe has been a member of the ITRA Board of Directors since 2006. Since that time, he has been instrumental in the growth of the organization as board liaison to the ITRA Global Expansion Committee.

Elected as ITRA’s Board Secretary for 2010, Carrie Holstead, President of Carrie Holstead Real Estate Consultants, Inc. / ITRA, Pittsburgh, PA, joined the ITRA Board of Directors in January, 2009 and has served in the capacity of Board Treasurer. Ms. Holstead also serves as chair of the ITRA Business Development Committee and in January 2006 was recognized with an Award of Excellence for her International contribution to the organization.

Representing ITRA in Nashville, TN, Mylinda Vick, CCIM, Principal of Cherry & Associates, is the newest member of the ITRA Board of Directors. Cherry & Associates has been a representative of ITRA since 1995 and has received accolades from the organization, having contributed greatly through presentation of educational seminars during various conferences.

ITRA honored its former Chairman of the Board, Ronald R. Pollina, PhD, by appointing him Chairman Emeritus. Dr. Pollina is President and CEO of ITRA’s Chicago office, Pollina Corporate Real Estate, Inc. and has provided leadership to the ITRA organization as its Chairman for seven years. Dr. Pollina will continue to work with the board in an advisory capacity.
