Chicago Based Investment Bank Connects Buyer and Seller to Move along Bankruptcy Process

(The Houlihan Firm) acted as the exclusive sell-side advisor for TVI Corporation in the sale of the mobile kitchen, climate control, and electrical power generation businesses of its Signature Special Event Services (SSES) subsidiary to the Lundergan Group of Lexington, Kentucky. The transaction was announced by Charles Botchway, Group Managing Director and Vice Chairman of The Houlihan Firm; terms of the deal were not disclosed. The transaction team was lead by Houlihan Smith Managing Director Joe Lunkes.

TVI Corporation acquired SSES in 2006 to provide turn‐key temporary facilities solutions. SSES is one of North America’s leading event rental companies serving the government, corporate, sporting, and social event industries. SSES’s equipment rental services included large tent rentals, flooring and related equipment; temporary kitchens and mobile catering; heating and air conditioning climate control equipment; power generation and power distribution assets.
