Inaugural Award to Honor Individual Who Has Enhanced Lives of Burn Survivors and their Families

The award will honor an inspiring individual who has enhanced the lives of burn survivors and their families.
Candidates for the award must be from the greater Philadelphia region and may be submitted by other individuals or self-nominated. All nominations must be entered online at AnapolSchwartz.com/Advocate-Award/index.asp by Jan. 18, 2010. Finalists will be determined by The Anapol Schwartz Foundation Award Selection Committee and have their nominations posted online for an open vote, running from Jan. 25, 2010 to Feb. 5, 2010, to select the winner, who will be announced during the second week of February. The Anapol Schwartz Foundation will award a $5,000 grant to a qualified 501(c)(3) public charity of the winner's choice that serves the burn community
