It has also won an $18 million settlement against the World Wrestling Federation for the death of wrestler Owen Hart during a televised match and a $25 million jury verdict on behalf of a judge who died while inspecting a building. The firm also successfully represented former U.S. Senator Jean Carnahan in a case regarding a plane crash that killed her son and her husband, Missouri Governor Mel Carnahan.
