Latest release of policy and procedure management software saves time, money.
Tampa, FL (PRWEB) October 6, 2009 -- Online Employment Systems a leading developer and supplier of policy and procedure management software today announced the release of Compliance Mark 2.0, its flagship compliance and policy management solution. The result of many years' experience working with HR and staffing professionals, it takes on the burden of managing documents, including but not limited to policies, procedures and employee acknowledgments.
This permits customers to quickly track and update business documents, not only saving time and money, but also harnessing the power of the Internet to allow access 24/7, instantly disseminate changes, reduce printing and shipping costs, and support a worldwide multi-lingual organization.Compliance Mark is a Software as a Service (SaaS) application. The solution provider handles all hosting and backup needs, meaning upgrades are immediately available to customers. Compliance Mark may be accessed from any location with a browser, including mobile devices such as an iPhone or Blackberry.
Now Compliance Mark 2.0 may be used as a document repository as well as a document acknowledgment system. Reference documents may now be stored for untracked viewing and searched for key words or phrases.
The list of major new features includes:
* Employees may now be notified via email if a document is assigned to them or if one of their assigned documents has been updated.
* Administrators can now generate a PDF file of a document in the system; the document can be saved, and all or any part of it printed.
* A document keyword search feature for both employees and administrators, which allows the user to search for a keyword or phrase in a document title, section title or section content, and displays the results of all documents and/or sections that are found.
* Documents that do not require tracking can be stored in CM. When assigned to employees, these documents will be shown in an employee's optional reading list. Documents that do require tracking will now be shown in an employee's mandatory reading list.
"Our goal at OES is to listen to our customers in order to provide the software that best fits their needs," said Chris Kehr, an executive of Online Employment Systems. "CM 2.0 is a product of our continuing involvement with our customers."
