Vivian M. Williams & Associates Opens New Law Practice Focusing on Immigration Matters for New York Clients

New York-based law firm now interviewing lawyers to practice at The Immigration Firm, a subsidiary that will become an independent boutique firm.

New York, NY (Lexis Nexis/PRWEB ) August 16, 2009 -- August 17, 2009 - Vivian M. Williams & Associates, a New York law firm, today announced the opening of The Immigration Firm, a new law practice focusing exclusively on all aspects of immigration law.

The Immigration Firm will help New York clients with crucial legal issues, such as petitions of residency and deportation proceedings. Other core legal services include H-1B professional worker visa applications, naturalization and asylum requests.

The practice is currently a subsidiary of Vivian M. Williams & Associates, which specializes in intellectual property, civil litigation and real estate law, but will eventually become an independent boutique law firm.

"With the various changes and proposed changes to immigration law, it became apparent to us that there is a need in the New York legal market for a boutique immigration law practice that has access to a deeper range of legal services," said Mr. Williams, the founding partner and a highly regarded attorney with litigation experience in both State and Federal Courts. "By creating this standalone firm, our hope is to provide specialized legal services to clients with unique immigration law needs while offering seamless access to the breadth of services that our existing law firm offers to business and individuals."

According to Mr. Williams, he is now interviewing candidates to fill open positions as associate attorneys and professional staff members at The Immigration Firm.

"At a time when many law firms are reducing their staffing levels, we are actively looking for some good candidates to join our team here in New York," explained Mr. Williams.
