Campbell sitting in the District of Arizona dismissed an investor's lawsuit filed in January, 2009 against Ronald E. Heineman, former Chief Executive Officer of Resolve Staffing, Inc. (OTC-"RSFF") and the Law Office of Gregory Bartko, LLC, which had served as securities counsel for Resolve Staffing, Inc. prior to the company's sale in January 2008 of all of its assets to a competitor in the human resources and staffing services business.

Campbell sitting in the District of Arizona dismissed an investor's lawsuit filed in January, 2009 against Ronald E. Heineman, former Chief Executive Officer of Resolve Staffing, Inc. (OTC-"RSFF") and the Law Office of Gregory Bartko, LLC, which had served as securities counsel for Resolve Staffing, Inc. prior to the company's sale in January 2008 of all of its assets to a competitor in the human resources and staffing services business. The claims brought by the plaintiff-investor in Federal court arose from a private placement of common stock conducted by Resolve Staffing, Inc. in September, 2006, which the investor purchased but thereafter asserted was an unlawful unregistered securities offering. Mr. Heineman and Mr. Bartko, both individually named as defendants in the suit, denied all allegations of wrongdoing and maintained in court filings that the plaintiff-investor in Resolve Staffing's private placement was fully aware of the risks associated with purchasing common stock in the offering and was urged to invest in the private placement by persons unassociated with any of the defendants in the case. The Federal court, upon requests to dismiss filed by the defendants, determined that not only was Arizona the improper jurisdiction to bring the lawsuit, but determined that there was no evidence of a civil conspiracy between Mr. Heineman and Resolve Staffing's securities counsel, Gregory Bartko.
