American LegalNet Names Mark Goldin as Chief Technology Officer

Los Angeles-based American LegalNet, a leading provider of innovative, high quality workflow products, content and services to the legal industry, announced today that it has hired Mark Goldin as Chief Technology Officer. Mr. Goldin will be responsible for overseeing the development of American LegalNet (ALN) products.

Mr. Goldin will be responsible for overseeing the development of American LegalNet (ALN) products.

Mr. Goldin has more than 15 years of experience as a technology leader, managing up to 200 software professionals in the development of leading-edge enterprise applications that address the needs of a variety of industries. He has been a pioneer in Software as a Service (SaaS) applications and building high-traffic consumer websites, and has diverse platform and industry experience. His background includes leadership experience in software development, law firm automation, financial services, and credit and debit card processing. His operational responsibilities have extended to data center management, international call center deployments and third party hosting.

For thirteen years prior to Green Dot, he was Senior Vice President Chief Technology Officer for Thomson Elite, the leading software provider of integrated practice and financial management solutions for professional services organizations worldwide. Goldin will be based out of the Los Angeles headquarters.
