Temecula, CA (PRWEB) May 8, 2009 -- After six months in the market Esquire Innovations, Inc, a leading provider of Microsoft Office integration software for law firms, reports that the newest version of iRedline is receiving praise from the product's users.
"Esquire encourages our clients to let us know what they think - good and bad. This feedback allows us to constantly evaluate our products," states Randall Farrar, president and founder of Esquire Innovations. "We are hearing that the latest version of iRedline makes editing and finalizing collaboration documents in Word even more efficient without any additional training. Only after we hear from our customers that a product works the way we intended, do we consider a new release a success."
Released in November 2008, the new version of iRedline makes Microsoft Word even more powerful by providing additional tools and flexibility to the native "compare and track changes" tools found in Word. iRedline consolidates and provides shortcuts to frequently used and hard to find features, fixes broken features, as well as adding features that are missing in Word and which are crucial for attorneys and law firms.
"Attorneys and staff that are already familiar with Word's "compare and track changes" options report that using iRedline is extremely simple, and that the enhancements from the product save time and increase productivity," states Farrar.
Some of the features iRedline adds to native Word's include:
- Full DMS integration
- Ability to create different comparison schemes
- Ability to navigate to, and accept and reject DeltaView changes, and to convert DeltaView changes to tracked changes
- Create change reports
- Print pages with revisions only
- Email all three documents (original, revised, result) with one click
- Create a composite document with original and revised zipped inside the result document
- Tag text to be ignored during comparison
In addition to iRedline, Esquire's products include iCreate, its popular document production and formatting software; iScrub, a metadata management solution for Microsoft Office documents; and iDocID, software for adding a document ID to a Word or Excel document. Together the four products are available as the combined package iOffice System.
All Esquire products utilize Enhanced Native Architecture ™ (ENA), a term coined by Esquire. ENA is the methodology for retaining the look and feel of Microsoft Word to promote streamlined workflow and reduce end user training requirements. In addition, by retaining Word's native capabilities, an electronic document can be used for collaboration purposes more effectively.
