Chicago, IL (PRWEB) May 8, 2009 -- Clifford Law Offices files lawsuit on behalf of Ohio family who lost a son in crash of Continental Connection Flight 3407 that crashed in Buffalo, New York, Feb. 12. The complaint was filed with the United States District Court, Western District of New York (# 09 CV 0439). Robert A. Clifford, senior partner at the firm, writes letter to the NTSB and FAA on behalf of the families he represents. NTSB hearings scheduled next week in Washington, D.C., to investigate the cause of the crash.
