The Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Association is an active professional organization comprised of civil and criminal litigation attorneys. PTLA has been in existence for over 45 years and is the oldest trial lawyer organization in Pennsylvania. The association is made up of lawyers who are dedicated to the preservation of the American legal system and the protection of the evolution of the common law through the efforts of individual lawyers who are pledged to achieving common goals.
Eisenberg is a founder and senior partner of the law firm of Eisenberg, Rothweiler, Winkler, Eisenberg & Jeck, P.C., and has represented victims of catastrophic injuries and death for more than 25 years. After graduating cum laude in 1976, from the University of Pennsylvania, he attended and graduated from law school at Temple University School of Law in 1980, where he served on the Law Review and received the Barristers Award for Excellence in Trial Advocacy. Eisenberg is Past President of the Pennsylvania Association of Justice, formerly the Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association, Lawyers for Consumer Rights and the Law Academy for the School District of Philadelphia. Presently Eisenberg resides on the Board of Governors of the American Association for Justice. He has also been the recipient of The Milton D. Rosenberg Award, presented for distinguished service by the Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association.
