McDivitt Law Firm Announces Second Annual Video PSA Contest to Local Students

Colorado teens encouraged to use their creativity to reach out to peers

Colorado Springs, Colorado (PRWEB) February 9, 2009 -- McDivitt Law Firm is bringing back its video public service announcement (PSA) contest to teens in Colorado Springs and Pueblo this spring. The mission of the PSA contest is to help young people make a difference by giving them the chance to express their feelings while addressing issues important to teens.

Dr. Karen McDivitt heads the community outreach for McDivitt Law Firm, has a background in school psychology, and has a particular interest in working with adolescents. "This contest gives teens a voice and helps reach their peers to remind them of the severe consequences of driving under the influence," McDivitt said. "We were so impressed with last year's PSA entries. The quality was exceptional, and we're looking forward to seeing what students come up with this year."
