Randal Shimon was born in Fort Dodge, Iowa and earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from Arizona State University in December 1991. Shimon earned his Juris Doctorate from Pepperdine University School of Law in December 1995. In 1996, Shimon obtained licenses to practice law in two states: Arizona and Nevada. Shimon practices primarily in the areas of civil litigation, construction and surety law, commercial litigation and commercial landlord/tenant law. He also has experience in products liability, toxic mold, general liability defense and insurance coverage disputes.
