SRC Bolsters Team with New Head of Customer Operations

SRC, the UK's most experienced digital dictation and speech recognition solutions provider, has appointed Rashmi Uppal as Head of Customer Operations to oversee the company's continued expansion in Healthcare, Legal, Surveying, Government and other professional services markets.

Rashmi brings a wealth of experience to her new role at SRC gained from a wide range of management roles in global blue-chip companies and public sector organisations. Rashmi also holds a Masters in Business Administration. Prior to her new appointment, Rashmi led the IT development programme which recently unified the Criminal Justice IT systems. Rashmi has also held senior programme management positions at BAE Systems, American Express and British Airways. At BA she managed the Y2K compliance programme for all BA partners, including franchises and subsidiaries.

Rashmi succeeds Sandra Williams, who announced her retirement at the end of 2007. Sandra was a valued and respected member of the team and was responsible for leading the implementations teams at SRC for more than 10 years.

News of Rashmi's appointment comes in the wake of a record year for SRC, which enabled the company to maintain the fastest growing digital dictation client base across the UK in the healthcare, legal, surveying, government and corporate markets.
