The partnership:
- Integrates MediConnect’s RapidRetrieve online system for rapid retrieval of digitized medical records with TrialWorks Case Management Software.

RapidRetrieve is easily accessed within the medical tab of TrialWorks and allows legal professionals to order client medical records with a few clicks of the mouse. Once available, the digitized medical records are automatically downloaded and emailed to the requestor.
Lopez McHugh LLP, a law firm specializing in mass torts, pharmaceutical, and medical device litigation has offices in California, Pennsylvania, and New Jersey. Since the firm must often order hundreds of medical records for a single case, they chose to use TrialWorks Case Management Software to make it easier to order records while managing all aspects of their cases.
