Saratoga, California (PRWEB) May 12, 2010 -- The Give Back A Smile (GBAS) program, an anti-domestic violence program founded by the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry (AACD), provides cosmetic dental care to survivors of domestic violence through a nationwide network of dental professionals. With the support of Discus Dental, GBAS has established a program to help raise funds for the foundation by having volunteers provide whitening treatments to their patients for a donation to GBAS. Dr. Alex Nguyen (past Chairman of AACD Charitable Foundation) is a GBAS volunteer dentist and Whitening Program provider in the San Jose Metropolitan area.
“The Give Back A Smile Whitening Program benefits everyone,” said Dr. Alex Nguyen, “Not only will patients in our area have whiter and brighter smiles, whitening treatments performed at my office will generate increased resources that will allow the AACD to help more domestic violence survivors.” Our office has been donating all proceeds from the whitening treatments to GBAS for the last 4 years.
