As vice president of legal services for Precise, Venturella will apply his more than ten years of industry expertise in electronic data retention, preservation, collection, and processing in order to help lead Precise’s strategic goals for continued excellence in the industry. Venturella recently served as national director for sales and consulting at Evolver Legal Services, after holding several executive positions within the operations and legal solutions teams at Renew Data Corp, where he was a resident subject matter expert on a variety of complex litigation matters. Venturella successfully began his career as deputy CIO and director of eDiscovery for Williams & Connolly LLP in Washington, D.C., where he organized and managed all eDiscovery resources and efforts for the nationally recognized top-tier law firm.
Eisenberg brings more than 30 years of legal industry expertise to Precise, from practicing law and consulting services related to the discovery of electronically stored information (ESI), computer forensics, and proactive electronic data preservation and retention. As Precise’s vice president of discovery consulting, Eisenberg will collaborate with clients to further ensure the cultivation of comprehensive, fitting discovery solutions. Eisenberg’s accomplishments include serving as the founding chair and permanent co-chair of the Advanced E-Discovery Institute (AEI) at the Georgetown University Law Center in Washington, D.C., as well as the originator and founding co-chair of Georgetown Law Center’s E-Discovery Training Academy. Additionally, Eisenberg is a founding member of The Sedona Conference Working Group (SWG) on Best Practices for Electronic Data Retention and Production, most recently served as vice president of eDiscovery consulting at Capital Legal Solutions, Inc., and acted as a former principal with Navigant Consulting.
