In his practice, Mr. Solomon represents clients in various complex commercial matters, including securities fraud cases, breach of contract actions, and partnership disputes. Mr. Solomon has represented individuals and corporations in connection with government and internal investigations, and has litigated numerous fraud cases involving banks and brokerages. Mr. Solomon's practice has also included real property actions involving senior and subordinated debt, and a variety of intellectual property matters. Mr. Solomon also has extensive experience in arbitration and mediations before various tribunals, including the AAA, the ICC and the ICDR.
Mr. Solomon is the co-author of the section on trademark infringement appearing in Business and Commercial Litigation in Federal Courts (West 2005). He has also lectured on developments in hedge fund oversight.
