The Virus Bulletin is one of the foremost antivirus testing and certification organizations in the world and is highly regarded within the antivirus industry. In order to display the VB100 logo, an antivirus product must detect all "In-the-Wild" viruses during both on-demand and on-access scanning and generate no false positives when scanning a set of known clean files using just its default settings. 60 antivirus products were submitted for testing on Windows XP with Service Pack 3 and 40 products earned the VB100 award.

The Virus Bulletin described Vexira Antivirus with "decent on-demand speeds and some feather-light lag times; similarly light were CPU and RAM usage figures which barely registered on the scales." Additionally, Vexira Antivirus was noted as "impressive" when describing the results of the reactive and proactive (RAP) test which is an indication of the reactive and proactive detection capability of a protection product. This specialize testing measures the detection abilities against the most recent malware that has emerged around the world.

We are looking forward to continuing to submit the Vexira products to the rigorous testing conducted by the Virus Bulletin," said Keith Peer, CEO, Central Command, Inc.
