Warren litigates on behalf of employers of all sizes in a variety of labor and employment matters in both state and federal court, including wage and hour matters, employment discrimination, wrongful termination, and unlawful harassment. He has experience in all aspects of litigation and has successfully defended employers in both jury and non-jury trials, arbitrations, as well as in hearings before administrative tribunals and agencies. In addition, he works closely with employers to resolve a number of human resources issues and avoid litigation.
Prior to joining Littler, Warren served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Jeremy Fogel, United States District Court, Northern District of California. Warren is admitted to practice in and before all courts in the State of California. He is also admitted to practice in all federal United States District Courts throughout California.
Warren received his J.D. from Santa Clara University School of Law and B.A. from the University of California at Irvine.
